FORREST CARMAN

Forrest Carman is an Associate at Wharton Law, where he focuses on white collar defense and federal and congressional investigations.
Before joining Wharton Law, Forrest earned his J.D. from the University of Mississippi (Ole Miss) School of Law, where he served as an editor of the Mississippi Law Journal and as Vice President of the Government Law Students Association.
During law school, Forrest clerked for both the U.S. House and Senate Judiciary Committees, contributing to congressional investigations and legislative work on First Amendment, civil rights, immigration, big tech, and antitrust issues. He also worked for America First Legal and the Republican National Lawyers Association, supporting litigation and policy initiatives, and served as the Mississippi Student Chapter President of the Federalist Society.

Earlier in his career, Forrest served as a legislative aide to Georgia State Senator Bo Hatchett, one of Governor Brian Kemp’s floor leaders, during the 2022 legislative session.

Forrest also holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Real Estate from Ole Miss.
​
Forrest is based in Washington, D.C., and is currently pending admission to the D.C. Bar.
